Norway Video

I'm here in Colorado with only two days left for Wolverine Land before the road is closed for the winter. I've been doing a lot of editing lately and I finally finished a 30 min video from our Norway trip this summer. It's filmed at three famous bouldering areas in Norway: Harbak, Vingsand and Lofoten islands and features a lot of classic boulder problems and some first ascent like The Diamond 8B and Rough Gem 8B.

  1. Wow Great Video! I liked the wide variety of problems, styles and grades. The music also complemented the visuals very well. Man, when your hand popped off at the top of Focus I thought you were done for!

  3. Nice! High Definition rules! Could you please tell us about your setup? I mean the camera model and the crane. And was this filmed with one camera only?

This is really cool! Nice job putting it together, it is really good and has a wide range of problems in it. Awesome climbing.

Nice work again! Fresh and feet on the ground attitude...Well that might sound a bit strange when talking about a climbing movie ey... :)

  6. Really great footage. More enjoyable than most climbing movies that I pay for(appreciate you sharing). Love the music choices especially. Other than MGMT remix that I recognize, who were the artists/songs?

  9. Amazing! All the climbing looks special, but favorite moments are Fokus and that insane nameless slab. Is that solo onsight? Wow.
